Mission

The mission of  The Royal Oak  Youth Assistance  is to strengthen youth and families and to reduce the incidence of delinquency, abuse, and neglect through community involvement.  ROYA is a partnership of the Oakland County Circuit Court—Family Division; the City of Royal Oak; Royal Oak Public Schools; and community volunteers.
